These Terms of Service (the "Terms" or "Agreement") are entered into between This Giant Life Design Co. ("Designer," "I," "me," or "my") and the purchasing client ("Client," "you," or "your"). By purchasing Remix Clarity™, you agree to the Terms below.
1. The Service
Remix Clarity™ (the "Service") is a clarity-first design strategy experience delivered from photographs of your rooms. Its purpose is to provide strategic design direction, decision relief, and a clear path forward so you can make confident home decisions before spending money.
The Service does not include phone calls, video meetings, or live consulting sessions. You send photos and complete an intake questionnaire; your plan comes back to you. There is nothing for you to schedule.
This Service is strategy and guidance — it is not full-service interior design, architecture, or project management.

2. Fees & Payment
The fee for the Service is $444, payable in full at the time of purchase.
Payment is processed through [FILL IN: your payment processor — e.g. Stripe].
Work begins once payment is received and your completed intake materials are submitted.
3. Refund Policy
Because this Service delivers custom strategic work and digital deliverables, all sales are final and no refunds are provided once work has begun.
You are encouraged to ask any questions before purchasing to confirm the Service is the right fit.
4. Revisions & Clarification
Revisions included: none. This is a strategic recommendation package based on the information you provide during intake.
You are encouraged to complete the intake process thoroughly so recommendations are as accurate and helpful as possible.
You may submit one round of clarification questions after receiving your package. Clarification is intended to explain recommendations already provided — not to redesign the project.
5. Communication & Timeline
All communication takes place through the client portal and email.
Responses are provided during business hours, within 2 business days whenever possible.
This Service does not include phone calls, Zoom meetings, or live consulting sessions. The personalized recorded video walkthrough serves as the primary review and explanation of recommendations.
Turnaround time is approximately 1 week from receipt of completed intake materials. Incomplete intake materials may delay delivery.
6. Client Responsibilities
You understand and agree that the Service provides strategic guidance only, and that you remain solely responsible for:
Hiring contractors and obtaining bids
Verifying all dimensions and measurements
Confirming building code and permit requirements
All construction and renovation decisions
Reviewing all recommendations with qualified professionals before implementation
Layout and product recommendations are strategic in nature (flow, zones, function, furniture placement concepts, material and finish direction) and are not scaled drawings, technical plans, or construction-ready specifications.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service provides strategic recommendations and educational guidance. It does not guarantee any specific outcome, cost savings, or result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Designer is not liable for any decisions, expenditures, construction outcomes, contractor work, or damages arising from your implementation of the recommendations. Total liability under this Agreement, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Designer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the recommendations, your construction or renovation decisions, or the work of any contractor or third party you engage.
9. Intellectual Property
All deliverables, frameworks, and materials — including the Two-Design Remix™ Method — remain the intellectual property of the Designer.
Upon full payment, you receive a personal license to use your custom deliverables for your own home project.
Deliverables may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.
10. Confidentiality
Information you share during intake is kept confidential and used only to deliver your Service. The Designer may use anonymized project outcomes, before-and-after concepts, and general results as case studies or marketing — without identifying you unless you give written permission.
11. Termination
If you fail to provide required intake materials or violate the terms of this Agreement, the Designer may pause or terminate the Service. Given the no-refund policy in Section 3, fees already paid are non-refundable upon termination.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Franklin County, Massachusetts.
13. Entire Agreement & Acceptance
This Agreement, together with the intake materials and any written scope confirmations, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Designer. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
